CANCELATION POLICY
Please cancel or reschedule appointments as far in advance as possible. This allows us to offer the time to clients on our waiting list and makes the spot available to other clients.
We send reminders three days before and the day before your appointment. Please call or text promptly to make any changes.
Canceling or Changing Appointments:
We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change your appointment time.
Failure to give 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of $20 or 50% of the scheduled service, whichever is greater.
You must pay any outstanding balance before you can book another appointment.
No-Shows:
If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Please Arrive on Time:
Please double-check your appointment time. We send text and email reminders as a courtesy, but it is your responsibility to arrive at the proper time.
Electrolysis is a time-based service. Out of respect for our clients’ time, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten your session or to reschedule and charge for the missed appointment.
Confirming your appointment:
We appreciate you taking the time to confirm your appointment, but this is not a requirement.
Not confirming an appointment does not mean that it is canceled. The cancelation policy and fees still apply.
Bella Electrolysis and Skincare reserves the right to deny appointments to clients with frequent cancelations, no-shows, or unpaid fees.
